Still better to fight this and know you did what you could, than to say nothing and regret it!

Girls,
The proposed laws done by Mrs Grant were already rejected different times and you should not be surprised at this.
You can just imagine how many politicians, business men and other VIPs (e.g. Rooney) coming from all over the Great Britain have booked at least 1 hour with an escort.... in other words, the stakes are too high to risk... they do not shoot themselves in the feet going along with Mrs Grant's wishes.
So, do not be worried and relax :-)

Sure I'll just roll over and let them walk all over me.  Just because these kind of proposals haven't become law previously don't make the assumption they won't this time round.  I agree with Cat, if I'm going down, I'm going down fighting.

Scotland has a different take on things sometimes, and not always for the better.

I do not think that the law could be approved because of the reasons that I said in the above post and I am very optimist at this regard.
Anyway, I think that an online petition could be done, it could be a good solution IMO.
I think that writing directly to Mrs Grant is just a waste of time... she turns a deaf ear   :FF
Coming from a bigot area I have already had this kind of experience, I can ensure to all of you that however hard you try to explain your points of view, obtuse people do not change their mind.
Furthermore, Mrs Grant finds her decision-making power basing on the fact that, obviously, most of WGs work anonymously and can not demonstrate against  proposed Bill at the front door of the Parliament.
This is one more reason for making a petition

Prostitutes and Punters make for an easy target as most will not stand up for fear of being outed. Hasn't prevented me(or others) from writing to her.

Pity the politicians don't concentrate their efforts on the real criminals the human traffickers, the abusers, those who force women into sexual slavery. ::)

There are more things to worry about than us. Besides if a guy doesnt pay to have sex with a wg, he will just sweet talk some girl, shag her and leave her high and dry.. either way, the guys gonna go shag someone, we girls may as well make some cash in it :)
