cover plastic *dams * for oral sex
« on: 12 September 2012, 06:06:09 pm »
I have been given protective plastic dams from the project today but have never used them with clients.
Do any of the ladies here use them to cover areas for oral ? apparently they stretch over areas well and can be used to protect against disease and germs etc.
Id like to give them a try and experiment.( have the chocolate flavour ones)

Do a search here for 'dental dam' :)

I can see them being a good idea for rimming. Not many people use them for other oral sex, but if you want to, go for it.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

Have always been curious to try them and also, have thought they'd be useful to have to hand should a client ask if I have them.  Finally remembered to ask for some on last clinic visit.

To be honest I'm not keen - tried with a client I've seen before several times and whom I can talk to very easily and openly (but who is also incredibly safety conscious).  He found the sensation 'weird' but would have presevered if I'd been getting something out of it.  Now I don't want to appear hypocritical as I only offer OW, but I couldn't relax enough to be able to tell - I had to concentrate too much on keeping the blooming thing in place. Or perhaps that should be the man's duty??

Apparently they feel better if you put lube on yourself first....

And surely it's the guys job to keep them in place.  I mean it's kindof hard for us to see what's going on down there with their head in the way!

I don't like offering ROW because I'm paranoid about herpes and I don't enjoy it.  But I think most guys, if presented with a dental damn, would not be so keen on doing RO
