I'm afraid I would be put off seeing a bloke that talked to me like that.As a fully grown woman I do not need to be told to wash and I also don't like crude messages like that.It tells me he is quite disrespectful.I do not ask clients to shower.I offer one if they wish to freshen up.I assume that most blokes are clean.I would only ask them to if it turned out they were not clean down there.Can you imagine his reaction if you sent a similar message to him?

I would have replied that despite you being a mere "hooker/prostitute" you are fully aware of the importance of hygiene, and therefore find it rather insulting when a stranger reminds you to wash.
