Client falling ill
« on: 11 September 2020, 11:27:30 pm »
Had a new client, he got all hot and sweaty and a little puffed out during sex but when he was caining me later suddenly crumpled into a chair gasping for breath as I dialed 999

The ambulance took what seemed ages, when it arrived I had trouble finding the switch for the gate.

When crew got in, it was a middle aged woman and a young guy,  she looked at me and snapped put some clothes on.! They gave him some injections, guy asked me for his details and all I could tell him his name was Andy, then they left leaving me in the house with no idea how to lock up or what to do.

Week on the guy is in hospital, sent a text of thanks and invited me to dinner to thank me but...

I find myself thinking about the incident and had clients since then I have  found myself worrying about, despretly wanting to ask are you OK while they are at their peak.

Anyone had clents fall ill?

Ambulance woman's a rude bytch for a start, non of her business how you dress. That's not how you treat distressed people. I was on the edge of reporting an ambulance man for rudeness recently, it was only because I was busy doing something else that I didn't.

That must have been terrifying for you.
Lovely he appreciates you probably saving his life!

Yes, I had a good regular client pay and when I was in another room he had a dead faint and banged his head on my brick wall. Yeah I though he's had a heart attack. But he hadn't eaten for 14 hours so I put him to bed for an hour and gave him a mars bar and lots of water. I wanted him to go to the A&E 10 minutes away but he drove home against my wishes which scared me. Never saw him again. They can get embarassed and it changes the dynamic.

Oh another one was kinda reserved then started vomitting in the bedroom as he was guilty about cheating with his girlfriend. We hadn't started, he sent me away, fee paid.

I met an escort who had a client die on her. It really affected her and afterwards she would not see older guys.

I know an escort that had a client have a seizure or a mini stroke on her, he did the toilet on her whilst he was ill (can’t be too sure what it was) and it wasn’t a pee either, it was when we worked in the parlour together and after that happened to her then none of us would do him again because he was 91 years old and to have to phone an ambulance for a client from a sauna meant that the police came first and it just brought hassle to the sauna, I don’t blame the sauna for having that outlook as we all know they aren’t exactly legal, and it’s why I won’t see elderly gentlemen as well as I wouldn’t want the hassle of the paramedics coming to my stair and I imagine that where I live would bring out the neighbours should they see an ambulance, it’s a nice area where I am right enough but all the apartments are very close together and it’s sort of a square type thing.

The escort I am talking about got quite annoyed at the man having the seizure thing because it turned out that he had had the collapse thing before (Not in the sauna though) and so knew it could happen again & didn’t mention this to her, and as much as she could see the man needing sex from his perspective then it still annoyed her and even more so because he had impotency problems so he would have her spend the whole 45 mins “working” on his cock knowing full well it doesn’t really work at his age, I loathe the ones that cannot accept their cocks don’t work anymore! I get that they cannot accept it but it’s still annoying when they get you to suck a softie the whole bloody time! We ain’t miracle workers.

Same here and I have it written on my profile.

Is your reasoning basically for the reasons that are here, as in it’s pretty stressful for us escorts if an ambulance is needed for the client? I think even though the job is legal then so many people, incl. some police themselves, don’t seem to know this and I get the feeling that a sex worker telling someone that what we’re doing is legal, won’t wash if they think otherwise and if they then call the police then regardless of it actually being legal then the police will come out anyway as soon as they hear the word prostitute/escort/etc etc

It's a mixture of things, but it's one factor, yes.

Sometimes I will ask if the client has any medical issues that I should know about (if they are getting on).  Saying that I had a very fit (does marathons) regular client nearly collapse on me the other week, he went to the Dr and was found to have high blood pressure. My friend the other week had a client who became breathless and very red then divulged he had recently been very Ill.   It is one of my worries with clients if they were to drop dead on me....as I may have to attend a coroners court, and the nature of the circumstances would make the local papers, with my name broadcast.

I know what you mean.

Years ago in a sauna that I worked at (I didn’t work there when this happened) then an old man died whilst in action and the sauna bosses had to put him out in the street and then call an ambulance anonymously as the same thing you just mentioned, would happen to the sauna, it’s terrible that so many people clutch their pearls over sex work and the workers, that it leads to things like this happening, what a world eh.

I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

Haha, I hear you but it’s quite something else having this happen to you, it’s not a laughing matter to have a client fall so Ill on you that you need to get an ambulance or worse, have him die on you and then the police may get involved, I don’t know what the protocol is when you report someone dying in your company even without saying your an escort so I can’t imagine what happens when you say you had a client die during a booking, sometimes you do start getting a heart of stone in this job but it’s a defence thing and working for X amount of years can make some of us like this, it can’t be helped.

I retired a couple of years ago but did have a hotel booking years back when a 40 something client got ill from some drug he was on. He passed out twice on the floor and his eyes were rolling back. I don't know how I remained so calm! (thoughts in the back of my head with local newspaper headlines saying "Man died whilst seeing escort in local hotel").  I had done a couple of first aid courses in the past, so put it into action. It worked with the help of a bucket of ice where he had Champagne chilling, and using wet towels on the forehead and dragging him on to the bed in the recovery position)
When he did eventually come round he was so thankful! I told him off for taking drugs and putting me in that situation. He was so lovely and could not stop thanking me. He was married so he had a lot to lose. Lovely e mails the following day from him and couldn't thank me enough.

This got me thinking.....if you are performing something like face sitting and you accidently smothered the client to death, could you get done for manslaughter?

I think if that unfortunately happened to me I would just play it right down and say I had met the guy online and only knew his name and age ....

Yes, I think that's the best thing, although the police would presumably want details?
