All my phones have had this feature! Usually found under settings/call profile in my Samsung phones. What I don't have is call blocker, which I must get with my next one!

Let me know if you have the 'fake call' thing! My phones have ranged from contract to very cheap paygo ones. Have 2 on the go now and had another a while back that had the same option
