I just found the wot wot crew through craigs list after all.

Not particularly impressive and if they don't have a full website of their own then
they appear to be too big for their boots.

 ::)

I may give them a try though and see what they have to say on my own website  ;D

They do have a website but it's not very SEO friendly and the navigation is very badly designed!

Found the website at last.

Ah

By saying the photos should be top class what they mean
is, they should be photo shopped.

Oh never knew that. Something new to learn every day. But will a lot of people pick that name up and think back in the day of what it used to mean? I am unsure.

Here is the link http://[removed]

I told her I didn't like her attitude as there was no need for her to be so offensive and rude.

ANd to answer the post:

For your information, the name was a bit of fun. It's ironic. It's just being playful with the stereotype of how posh people say "what" rather that "pardon". In case you don't know, "what" is correct English and "pardon" is something the middle and lower classes say as they think it's what the upper classes say and therefore more polite.

She's correct in the sense that it's proper English and "pardon" is lower/middle class, but "wot-wot" is NOT "pardon, she's wrong here. Please see my post above.

And you are very correct about how she had taken offence and therefore felt the need to insult you/your profile. You're better off not working for a pimp (which an agency basically is!) who has such a snobbish attitude!! That's not "high" or "upper" class whatsoever.

I just checked out their website - yes the pictures do look photoshopped.  I especially love the bit about the girl who describes heself as blonde, but has brown hair in her photo!

And why do these "posh wannabes" would want to hire someone so er... "unclassy"? (lol)

These people sound very unproffesional. Their stupid excuse for calling their agency that silly name "wot wot high class agency" (give me a break) is a total joke. Sounds to me like like some amateur trying to dip their feet in the escort industry but deeply have no clue. I wouldn't waste my time and would go for the more reputed or established agencies.

All agencies and girls say they are high class and sophisticated, but as we all know, when someone says they are high-class it means they are not.

This phrase coming from an agency who call themselves "wot wot high class agency" just made me chuckle.Besides, the photos have an incredible low resolution, are extremely photoshopped (very bad photoshop job by the way) and look like they've been stolen from the web.

Yes I saw that as well. She apparently has a marketing manager, he's not done a very good job the website is made by Wordpress template.

Hmm I think they may have been pinching photos... One girl on there, Lindsey Summer, is an independent called Sofia. She shows her face on her independent site, and the agencies that she's listed with, so it doesn't make sense to pixelate it on this rather unheard of website.

Problem is nowadays anyone with knowledge of wordpress  can open an "agency". You just need to build a fancy website (my 10 year old nephew can do it), steal some pictures here and there from the web, crop them, pixelate them etc..., put an ad on Craigslist looking for girls et...voila! And if a client calls asking for a non-existent girl they just have to say she's on holiday. Funny thing is they have the nerve to critizice your marketing skills because your pictures are not "good enough"  while they're stealing photos.
 ???

Lindsey summer is indeed Sofia: [removed]
I would think the "wot wot" site would mention she's British cause it's "posh" but "they have such great marketing skills" they don't even bother to mention her nationality.

Considering we don't permit discussion of named agencies here (and we certainly don't send them traffic, which is why I have removed the link) it's incredible what can happen when you turn your back for a couple of hours.

I would also say that publishing private correspondence without the sender's knowledge or permission and slagging them off in a place where they cannot participate in the discussion themselves (and whilst this sort of thing is fine in Spamming where the subject under discussion has brought it on themselves) it does not belong on the main boards.

I'll leave the thread up solely because of the stolen photos, but as a discussion it's gone quite far enough. Running a crap agency with no idea how our job or the industry works hardly makes this shower unique, after all.

Locked.
