What to charge another wg for my room.
« on: 22 December 2012, 10:46:15 pm »
Hi ladies can you help?

I've moved back home to NI and have a little house in Belfast city centre. One room is a standard bedroom and one is a kinky playroom/dungeon (under construction).

I'm able to rent the place per client/hour/day but I have no idea what to charge.

A few quid would be handy of course but I really don't want to rip off another woman!

A lady contacted me via my AW and unbeknown to me at the time my duo partner quoted her ?100 per night or ?80 per night if she booked for seven nights. That to me sounds a tad expensive.

Advice please girls, thank-you. N Xx

Well when you consider what  you would pay in a decent ) or not so decent hotel , where you have to dodge the cleaners, management, nick towels, ect ect

If your supplying towels, wifi,
also its your home so you will  be taking all the risks of running a brothel ect   So i would want compensating to reflect that,
Do you plan to be there when the other person is there for you own piece of mind ,
will the other person have a key so that they can come and go as they like
Or is it rent the room from 8am 10pm ect

What happens if neighbours find out  How will you deal with that

I would set up a set of rules  i.e.

no smoking
how to direct guys in /out
cleaning
Payment up front when they arrive or a non refundable deposit of say ?50 before they arrive \

Personally i wouldnt bother with per client but per day and do a min of three days

?1OO a day if they are sleeping there overnight is not over expensive for a good working place where you know your not going to get turfed out by the police /landlord ect I've paid that an more for hotel apartment in Belfast on occasion although its normally around ?80 per night just depends on what i can get at the time

Charging but the hour is going to get messy. A per day rate is the norm. Now I do work in Belfast loads, and usually stay in hotels paying anything between 45(lower end budget) to say 99(4 stars and up. Taking into account that you are aware of the goings on, this is a bonus. I would split down the middle and add a small bit. You will need more cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and more electricity, so bear this in mind as well.

I think that is quite expensive. I was offered a lovely place for ?60 all day or ?80 for the whole night a wile ago. Wifi, Fresh Towels, Clean bedding plus toiletries and an on-suite and I was allowed to use the other areas of the house when not with clients if I wanted. It's what you want to charge and what you think your room and what you are offering them is worth I guess. Could they get it cheaper elsewhere in your area?

was that for ireland or the uk though

In ireland  cost of living is more expensive than the uk  and  even in belfast they still like to out escorts and pimps and stuff in fact the papers positively have an orgasm at the thought of outing someone  Just someone knowing what your doing is peace of mind and worth every penny  ( imo)

So Nat is taking a bigger risk (imo)

So she need to compensate herself for that risk (  i would )

the fact that she is cool with it is a bonus which is worth a bit in self and if its got wifi and towels ect then anything from

?80 ?100 a day is decent deal if the lady is allowed to stay there overnight  ect
maybe less if she only wants it daytime

like Violet i wouldn't bother with the  per hour stuff way to much hassle ( IM0)

You don't want to charge to low and then feel its not worth the hassle  Remember it your home (  not sure if it is or not - lol)

I  would only deal with referenced ladies as well  and i would ask for a deposit of some sort that is returned when they leave

hotel do it when they swipe your credit card

?80 - ?100 for an overnight is a good deal IMO.  I have paid much much more for serviced apartments and hotels and if you have a fully equipped dungeon these can be much more expensive than that.

You could also do book 4 nights get the 5th free or book 7 nights for the price of 5 as ?500 for a week is good for you and good for the woman renting too

The fact that there is no reception etc will be better for a lot of women.  There is not the risk of being thrown out of the hotel or apartment as there normally is either so that is another bonus

You will also be the one risking being charged for running a brothel as well as the risk of her stealing your stuff or just wrecking the place so charge what you want. I would also suggest taking a security deposit like serviced apartments do which is returned once the place has been inspected for damages or missing items
If they have wrecked the place a deposit wont cover all the costs but it will pay part of it.  I normally get charged around ?200 - ?400 for a deposit depending on where I am staying
