I can't remember if you can install plugins into Wordpress without downloading it and installing it on your own server and Googling it brings up complicated geekery. If you can add plugins to a Wordpress-hosted blog, you'll probably have noticed the button on the left hand side of the admin panel, but if not, it probably won't be there. Sorry to be useless, my brain is not switched on today!

Ladies, there is a world of difference between wordpress.org which is a place where you can download the wordpress software to run on your own site (This is  what I have, in fact my whole site runs on it) and wordpress.com which is where you get to use the software installed on their site. On their site the options are much more limited.


Now, remind me tomorrow, I must update my blogroll :D

Either way, Joey, if a reader requests an update it's generally a compliment. Most blogs you just look at and think to yourself that if you never see anything so awful and badly-written and self-indulgent again it'll be too soon. I like to also inspire a bit of nausea and a facial tic in my 'readers' (/random odd commenters). ;D

actually, a local escort here has been trying to place derogatory comments on my blog (how he found out I even had a blog is beyond me).

Its amazing how people will go out of their way to embarrase and humiliate their competition. I wouldnt be surprised if he posted something here at SAAFE. Me-thinks he's a lurker.

Apparently it was all a mistake. Someone who posted on my blog used the username Escort Joline when posting. By no means is Mango the suspect.

oK, I'm starting to like this whole blog thing now LOL...

What I like the most is, I can post something...and then if I decide I shouldn't have, I can just 'trash' the post, whereas with a forum, you say something and have to be prepared to 'fight it' for days or weeks on end LOL.

I just miss the fact that on a blog, people dont tend to respond as much  :P

You'll gain readers and commenters. Be patient. Perhaps start browsing other people's blogs and politely inquiring about reciprocal links - you have to give to get in the blogosphere, as with anything. :)
