good to hear your feeling better , I suffer with my weight gain and loss luckily 2 stone so far has come off but I have a little more to go I also have pco I was given metforim for it (prob spelt that wrong) and mint tablets . taken daily they both help alot :)
Metforim dont works for makes me very ill so had to came off i think i need to have again blood check to see what is happening as when i get stress i feel worce and now im without my period for 3 months

Have a appointment for Tues with my GP because my period is not coming for 3 months and 1 bad thing is always when my period don't comes i feel my tummy goes bigger so will collect Tues the pills to bring my period back :-*.
Good news are I'm really eating less and eating more healthy food so no more take aways for me or fizzy drinks :P.
Online found really nice diet tips and food ideas so i end up not eating always the samething and get bored after :o also had a look  for green smoothies will start the do them at woman :D So been of work and getting few emails requesting when i will be available but think at the moment i will give myself till the end of month off then start working again as same time will start y gym visits

What was difficult for me at first declining bookings as they wanted at my gym times. I now have a routine in place like a religion. Letting no one get in the way. Be strict and you will get good results. In time more will show, wanting to work harder. I love sweating especially Iin the sauna. Last night I broke my record was dripping all over.
Have a slim vision helps me succeed.

When your touring look for subway takeaways places and just get the salad bowls - add a tin of tuna and you have a healthy meal of under 250 calories -  honest its the only way that i stay sane when I'm touring  -   i book my hotels on the basis that there is a subway takeaway  nearby

The best feeling will be like experienced tonight at the gym. A member commented that he could see that am gradually loosing weight. I know as can see more of my collar bone. I haven't weighed myself from starting working out.  A few clients notice but I don't see.

It is very difficult to over eat on a non processed food diet.  It is a more quantum style of eating whereas there is more important things to the diet than calories which are only a unit for the measurement of energy.  However, our body's bio energy systems are more complex than a mere number. 

For example you may have more calories in a doughnut than a carrot stick but you will get more benefit from the latter.  Juice it and different stuff happens. 

I could bleat on about my passion of quantum eating all day long but I have already had the backlash on AW & being a sensitive soul don't much fancy a row here too!  :FF

You will choose the right thing for you at the time, whatever part that nourishes at the time  8)

I respect everyones opinion but my problem is over eating because of work-escorting) stress so I have to deal with that as i have pco makes it hard so i really need to count calories

What else do you eat apart from raw fruit & veg?  It is difficult to enjoy anything less than optimal health on a raw or even high raw diet.  I have lived this way for many years & speak from experience.  ;D

fish chicken salads eggs low calorie yogurts and smoothies and porridge im not feeling to eat much at the moment and tomorrow i start my gym sessions :-[
