Title: Because we're all a bit like Beyonce if you look at it this way........
Post by: MissThang on 05 November 2011, 07:46:22 pm
So, I was thinking.
95% of female celebs have lovely slim bodies. They're all over the media telling us how they got that lovely body through hours of personal training and eating half a lettuce leaf a day. (They leave out the bit about the nasty coke habit and recurrent bulimia. I miss the NOTW)

But I always thought, yeah, but it's their JOB to look thin. They get paid for it. That's why they can do all the exercise and stuff whilst I barely have the energy to stagger to the chippy of an evening.

And ditto makeup, having lovely sleek hair with no roots, wearing nice clothes that are fashionable and have seen an iron recently.

And now, my body and it's appeal to other people is MY job! Bugger.

So I was wondering, how much time and effort do you put into your appearance? Are you Dita Von Teese or Britney Spears? I'm asking about overall appearance rather than weight and dieting, so I'd like the BBW input as much as the skinny minnies please!

(If you want me, I'm off buying a couple of grams of Bolivian marching powder and a toothbrush....)

If you're looking for honest answers (and it sounds like you are), in my case the answer is almost none.

I do no more nor less than I've always done, which basically means getting my nails done because I've always liked having them done. I invest in a 3 week manicure so I don't have to worry about them getting chipped.
I get my eyebrows threaded, but not as often as I should and I dread the old stockings coming off as am not great at shaving my legs every day (or my underarms).

Am a bit crap really, all in all  :-[  I swear i am going to get my legs waxed one day, but I've been saying that for about 15 years and it hasn't happened yet.

PS - I do make an effort to look nice for my clients, in case it sounds like I don't give a shit! I'm just very bad at routine maintenance...

Haha I get you! One of the reasons I'm recently thrilled with webcams is because you can get away with murder on the shaving/makeup/effort front.

I just keep getting this niggling feeling that I should be doing, like, exercise or something. And maybe eating foods that haven't been deep fried.

every two weeks i get my eyebrows done,  fake nails,  and a pedicure        25  a week
spray tan every week                                                                                                        18  a week
hair extensions  &  looking after the f...ing  stuf  /special shampoo ect     15 a week  /60 a month
oils creams make up ect                                                                                                 10 week
facial  one every 3 weeks                                                                                               45 month

i just do it automatically dont really think about it as ive been doing it for such a long time ,
the place where i get my nails eyebrows spray tan  and pedicure is one of those Asian beauty salons which is brilliant,  as you dont have to book,  they are open every day including sunday till 8pm so i can always get in when i want to with 30 mins notice

My hair is probably my  irritatating expense  i buy the hair extension in bulk from china,
as its a fraction of the price of what you  pay in the shops, i  just  bought  the hair that i wanted to use,  sent it out to a hair manucfactuor in china and they make it up for me  so i just cut out the middle man and save a fortune
it used to cost me 120 a month  for the hair   But now i buy in bulk and i buy enough to last me  six months and it cost 150 quid in total and my sister or neice will put it in/ take it out for me every 4 -6 weeks  for next to nothing

Cant think of anything else apart from when ever i do a tour i come home and get a hour long massage as my treat to myself  which is generally one of those heated stone things which is about 40 quid

am i beyonce  yet ????? ;D

I'm lucky that I have a naturally high metabolism and so am naturally very slim.  I'm unlucky in that sense in that I need to eat a LOT to have the energy to do this job.

As for maintenance, I feel like I hardly do anything.  I'm good on the shaving front as I hate feeling stubbly!  Was looking at laser hair removal a while back but nothing came of it.

Eyebrows need waxed again, but I prolong it by meticulously plucking about 3 times a week.  And I'm such a cheapskate that I do my own nails.

Had my hair done last at Easton Regal in London which set me back ?65 about 3 weeks ago, doubtful that I'll go back unless I take the plunge and work in the area.  I have a bit of a phobia about hairdressers (mother made me see a drunk hair dresser every 3 months when I was a kid) so I only get it done when I absolutely have to.

I'm such a slob! lol

can definatly relate to the phobia of hairdressers  my mum use to take me to this horrible old  jamaican lady when i was little who did my hair  age six in cane row  -     i would come out like i had had a face lift age 6  facelifts are supposed to make you look younger so i wonder how young i bloody looked age 6 years old
and she cut off all my hair and made it really really short like a boys when i was 8  i wore a red hat to hide it  for years  untill it grew back
i havnt been to a hairdressers in over 20 years  my sister and my neice dose my hair for me she is the only person i trust

Can I borrow your rellies, Paris?  Hate the whole going in to the hairdressers as well... always feel like there's someone looking to count the split hairs!

I had a traumatic hair childhood too.....

At primary school, I had beautiful waist length wavy hair. Then me and my sister got nits, so for years my mum made us have hideous unflattering short hair. No elfin pixie cuts here, we looked like lads. My sister nearly got beat up once for wearing pink trainers. A puff with girl's shoes, they called her.

I feel this link between escorting and shit hair should be explored further!

I'm a 52 year old BBW, and do very little. I cut my own hair, do my own nails, pluck my own eyebrows, shave my own legs and the rest, and do my own makeup which takes about 10 mins. I don't do fake tan.

I always dress nice underneath and on top and wear nice perfume and jewelry...but apart from that nothing. And I've never had any complaints. I'm always told I look nice and smell nice.

I didn't have a traumatic hair childhood and I like getting my hair done. My hairdresser is absolutely fab and totally unlike a normal hairdresser as she has a studio in a gallery, rather than a shop.  She's a bit crazy and knows what I do and going to get my hair cut/coloured is more like a social event than a hair appointment.
Unfortunately the guys seem to like my hair long and 'conventional'.  Before I started doing this I had it all sorts of colours and cuts but am pretty boring now.
However, much as I like getting my hair and nails done, I don't do either on a regular basis and I can't stand going to those beauty salon type places where they all wear white coats and sell insanely expensive lotions and potions.
If I can find somewhere to get my legs waxed that isn't like that then I'll take the plunge.

It's the routine maintenance that I hate about this job. THANK THE LORD FOR WEBCAMS!!

I don't shave or trim the lady garden cos I prefer it totally natural - underam hair I grow or shave as I feel. It's quite liberating! ;D Leg hair I'm crap at being bothered as it's quite an effort to get all the way down there and stay down there for AGES razing...I'm just glad my bikini line hasn't headed south yet, as at the moment I only have to shave BELOW the knee...

As to head hair - I HATE going to the hairdressers, it gives me more anxiety than going to the dentist! The last haircut I had was 2009 when I SHAVED it all off, literally down to a no.2 skinhead. My hair had got to such poor condition that I had enough.

Nails - I just trim when needed.

Dry skin on feet - blah, when I can be bothered.

Diet & exercise - bit of sex, some Thortons chocs, walk to shop for chips, getting out of bed, getting into bed, salad if it's on special offer, lifting wine glass... Seriously though, I do try to get enough sleep, cos I can't cope when overtired, and I do try to eat reasonably healthily as my overall skin, hair and "natural glow" suffers when I'm run down, ill, or lacking in good nutrients. So I do make conscious efforts to eat nutritionally well, it's just I eat TOO MUCH of it  :D

I don't do fake tan, hair, nails, eyelashes... I was at a film shoot once (not porn, lol) and three of the women there were ORANGE and had fake tan, nails, lashes, boobs, teeth veneers, and really dodgy hair extensions...

EDITED TO ADD - I don't do anything to my eyebrows apart from shave the monobrow once a month.

I get that too... which I'm trying to figure out since the last time I was at the dentist I ended up in A&E.

Agree 100% with MissThang that there must be some kind of psychological link between shit hair and our profession  :-\

I hate all the small talk, and the fact I have NEVER had a good haircut with a "professional". The 2 best haircuts were 1) when I shaved it all off, and 2) when a friend's friend cut it in 1999. Sadly, my friend lost contact with her friend, so can't revisit her :(

Me too... My hairdresser now comes to me once a month, and for work I buy hairpieces for 'instant glam hair' coz I haven't got the patience to do it myself.

For everything else I get gel nails done every 3 weeks, toes every 5, lashes every 2,  had laser hair removal so don't need to bother with that every day thank god! And semi permanent eyeliner brows and lipliner which means I won't frighten clients in the morning for overnights!  Fake tan, Botox, fillers and going for 4 th boob job at Christmas... God I shall never be able to retire unless I earn beyonces money, ( if I stop all the maintenance I would be more like Susan Boyle)  ::)

I'm totally not high.maintenance. I look after myself, shave regularly, go to a good hairdresser, use good quality beauty products, and that's it. I always make sure I'm wearing sexy undies and most importantly exude sexual chemistry (or.so my clients say!)

Likewise!  My favourite part of the job is that I get to buy lots of lingerie!  ;D

Think lingerie shopping is the best kind of retail therapy ever...

Well since working I haven't really had much time to focus on my maintenance! At the moment I do my own hair extensions, like Paris purchased from china, faar cheaper and much better quality. Btw i had a really bad experience at a hairdressers when i was younger (i think there is definitely something there with the linking bad hair and this line of work!!!). I spend around ?50+ on makeup a month, I'm a bit of a product junkie so I am always buying toiletries which I never end up using. I take perfectil daily and I visit the gym at least 4x a week.
I would like to get my lashes done, a regular bikini wax (currently sporting a bad DIY hedge :-X), I want my teeth whitened and my brows tattooed.

Hair extensions, gel nails every 3 weeks, pedi every month, gym at least 5 times a week, new lingerie normally once a month at least, waxing when I remember/shaving every day if not, eyebrow tats biannually, and a truckload of makeup to cake over everything.

Can't wait to get away in January and unleash my inner hippy upon the world. Three months of absolutely NO beauty routine is going to be total bliss.

French Pedicure every four weeks. I love having that done! Eyebrow threading every four weeks.  Hairdesser twice a year for a trim. Can't be assed with extensions, colouring, etc.  Used to go to the gym thrice weekly but in the last couple of months I've let that slip - oops. Did experiment with stick-on lashes in the summer, looked great but it made my own lashes become thin and sparse, so I gave that up!

I am a bare minimum kinda gal. Only do what has to be done lol.

I have a full weave on that takes 4 hours and a ton of painkillers done every 4-6 weeks.
Eyebrows threaded every 2-3 weeks.
Nails are naturally long but get a 3 week manicure from Nails Inc. It is ?55 so a bit dear but worth it.
Shave everywhere as me and the wax don't get along.
Never been to the gym in my life and it is starting to show.

I recently had my eyelashes done at a place called Becca London in SW3 as I got a free certificate for my birthday. They look fab! But as I have quite oriental eyes and very curly eyelashes they are not lasting very well. All though my eyelashes have not been damaged.

That is all for work though. Most years I take 3 months off around Christmas time and head to Asia. Then the natural hair comes out, nose rings go back in and the inner me comes out. The one time I bumped into a client sitting next to him on the tube he totally didn't recognise me lol!

Thanks to PCOS I need to shave everyday or else I end up looking like a she-bear, especially at this time of year when the winter pelt starts growing in!

I have naturally curly hair down to my waist that needs washing every other day or looks like a haystack. I very rarely go to the hairdressers, even though I love having someone else wash my hair. I dread going because of the conversations (sorry to be stereotypical!)

her: so have you been watching x factor?
me : no sorry
her : who do you think will win Britain's got talent?
me: I don't watch it, I have no idea
her: oh ok... did you see what lady mimsy said on big brother last night?
me: no sorry, not really into reality tv
her: Oh..... can you believe santos pushed claudia down the stairs?
me: that's terrible! does she work here?
her: what? no! it's on the telly!
me: ok...

*no further attempts at conversation is made*

Thankfully the lady who waxes my eyebrows watches the same things as me, Walking Dead, Game of Thrones etc so when I'm in there every other week we have something to talk about!

Loved Game of Thrones!  Watched it ages ago... downloaded it when it was on TV in America.  Needs another watch methinks.

Anyway back on topic... need to find a decent beauty salon here.  Lived in the country once upon a time and loved getting nails, eyebrow wax and hot stones massage under the same roof.  Seems to me that in Glasgow you gotta traipse around a bit for it... or make appointments in super expensive places weeks in advance!  Or maybe I should just keep doing my own nails!

MissArcaBunny, I've had issues a few years ago (not PCOS though) and had to have a hospital procedure done and ever since then I've had to shave daily, too.  Really sucks, huh?  I go through so much moisturising lotion it's unreal... good job I'm rarely asked for a massage from a client since I use up all the lotion on myself lol.

I actually used to be a fitness nut, who didn't eat more than one meal a day and went to the gym every morning at 5am  :-X Then I got extremely ill and realised there was more to life than punishing myself with that kinda extreme lifestyle. I've since started doing bikram yoga, which has actually helped me keep a balanced weight - and a trim body, and now I just eat sensibly!

I had it done a couple of years ago... Now is a good time to have  it as there will be offers on and you need 3-5 treatments 6 weeks apart,.

You have to shave the same day of treatment coz if you have any stubble it will burn!

I saw a difference after the 2nd treatment, it's very quick 30mins for legs, bikini and underarm, not that painful (I find waxing excruciating) and I paid about ?500 for all 3 areas  and 3 sessions on special offer!

I definitely rate laser hair removal - I have it on a certain area (how ladylike of me ;D) that's a total pain to shave regularly - but for me, despite having dark hair and fair skin, it's going to take 6 sessions at least to get all the hair gone. And then still top-ups every 6-12 months if I remember right? Cos it's not *permanent* permanent. I don't know if I have mega-resilient hair follicles or something, or it might depend on the precise type of laser treatment, but obviously if I ask any salon they're going to tell me their method is TEH BEST! so it's hard to really figure out for sure without getting courses of treatments at every salon in London. Not an experiment I can afford! But yes, it may only take 3 sessions for some people but best to budget for twice as many just in case; you'll hopefully end up with bonus funds left over.

There are a lot of offers on, though, for sure! Shop around, although I usually would pick a salon with good reviews (especially if a friend rates 'em) and/or where I feel most comfortable even if it's not quite the cheapest. Badly-done salon treatments, whether they involve lasers, wax, fake hair or spray-tan, are a bloody nightmare and I'm one of those people who scurries out to assess the damage in privacy and then never has the nerve to call back and demand a refund. :-[

Has anyone ever tried an at-home laser hair removal system? I'm fair with dark, coarse hair and I've had laser treatment in a few areas...but covering everything and as Emily Jones mentioned, the fix-ups, just seem so expensive...

gel nails, every 15 days
repolish of gel nails after  9 days
pedicure ever 2 weeks...DIY
nanokeratin - this is brilliant - just had one and am getting in done again every 2-3 month
laser hair removal - lip, chin, treasure trail, going to get legs done
shaving - every damn day
exfoliating and moisturising - ditton
loads of cocktail dresses
designer shoes (gina)
stockings...they ladder so fast and I like nice ones
gym  - when I can be bothered.  am lazy
diet - super strict.  No sugar, no processed foods, no dairy, no grains, no alcohol. Clean meat, veggies, fish, that's it
skincare - quite a lot.  Skin and I don't have a good relationship

I need to be super well-groomed to justify my rates, especially my agency massage rates.  It's kindof the price paradox of escorting - the more you charge, the more you have to spend on upkeep and the more time that takes!

I once had those semi-permanent eyelash extensions but hated them...never again!

Strangely enough, Groupon are doing a deal on laser hair removal in Stockport - it claims to be pretty good, 6 sessions for ?99. I'm away in 2 weeks, otherwise I'd have been on it like a car bonnet  ;D. You only get one large or two small areas done for that. I think I'd be tempted to have my flower done, that's the contortion shaving in the shower that is most likely to kill me lol.

If this is classed as spammy advertising, I apologise. I don't work for groupon or the hair removal place, I just thought I'd pass on the news of a bargain. I've got a new phone and am getting overly giddy with the apps........

Nails every 2 weeks.
Pedicure once a month
Waxing once a month
I dye my eyebrows and eyelashes myself
I also do diy bodyscrubs on myself once a week
I also cleanse and tone and moisturise my face twice a day (which is the norm expect of most of use girlies)
And moisturise my body to.
Phew im tired with all this pampering lol

When I was full time I went through a phase of having my acrylic nails done every 2-3 weeks and my eyebrows threaded, but that was it. I'm lucky in that my eyebrows have a good shape naturally and don't require much work.

I'm not girly and don't have the inclination nor patience to bother with fake tan (good skin tone naturally anyway), hair extensions (grew super long hair naturally anyway) nor really make a massive effort. I don't see the point in wearing loads of make up in a booking because you'll just rub it all off anyway (or for the tonsil examiners, have it licked off for you). I wear about the same make up as I would going out for the evening, with maybe a bit more emphasis on the eyes for a booking, but I tend to avoid wearing make up in regular life as much as I can. Like to let my skin breathe!

The gym - I'm actually quite sporty and since I stopped, I gained a bit of weight. I'm always going to have a massive backside with matching boobs which I have realised is no bad thing (even if it makes me self conscious whilst running). Women pay to have an hourglass shape that I got naturally, so pffft I can deal with it ;) That was the other reason I was glad to get rid of the nails and cut my hair again - I wasn't having a nightmare in the gym trying to avoid snapping one (ow. ow. OW.) or taking hours to cater to my hair after a swim. Obviously I remove hair via shaving every day, but I think its more force of habit now.

Generally I am very what you see is what you get and don't see why I should change who I am fundamentally to work. Since going part time I pretty much do what I want with my appearance and they can take it or leave it.

I used to go all out. Daily tanning, super long nails and extravagant designs, celeb thick hair extensions, false eyelashes, scaryily high heels and skinny jeans or little dresses. Never did bother with hitting the gym to stay in shape though. I've gradually went from a size 6/8 to a 12/14 and even after a bad time last year I went up to a size 20. It's never affected my work though.
Currently I am a size 14 with natural English Rose skin and really long soft blonde hair (extensions albeit the dreaded clip ins). I don't wear tan at all nor false eyelashes. I only wear minimal makeup and my nails are now natural false ones. I still shave my legs and everywhere else all the time and keep my eyebrows sorted. I'm definately loving the natural look right now. No doubt that'll change though. Natalie Xx

Every time this topic comes up I'm freshly amazed at the time and dedication of some folks - I look like an old dosser the majority of the time, and whilst I scrub up OK for work I couldn't give a toss in civvydom  :D.

Hair: last saw a hairdresser's scissors in 2004 bar one wash and blow dry before a photoshoot in 2008. Occasionally hacked at with kitchen scissors when the ends get knotty.

Skin: Body scrub in bath when I remember, ditto body cream. Shave legs and very underneath of ladybits when got bookings, otherwise don't bother, and never do underarms. Am palest person I know and intend to stay so.
Face - Face scrub and moisturiser, vitamin E oil and pluck eyebrows when get scary-looking. Bit of makeup (mascara, tinted lip balm) when working, otherwise none.

Nails: Actual paid for stuff! Fibreglass super natural-looking ones done every fortnight - have been doing up a flat for years and all the DIY means I can't grow real ones without them getting battered, but I can't keep gel on and hate acrylics.

The only other thing I do is lots of gym classes (Pilates, yoga, BodyBalance) and swimming, but that's because I like them rather than anything to do with work (and because it's all included in my membership). I suppose saunas and steam rooms count as well, and they do seem to keep skin nice. I only joined because it means I can eat more, though.

You guys are so impressive!  :-*

I have long baths and very determinated shaves. I get acrylic nails done once a month, and am now totally addicted to them. I had them removed once and couldn't type anymore  :-X I have my hair one every now and then, but tend to wear wigs to appointments because I'm lazy  ;) I get sunbeds twice a week...and umm...sometimes the gym!

there is  a definate link between being an escort  and having a traumatic hair experience in ones youth  cant believe how many of us have had this happen -  i thought it was only me who hated hairdresser  strangly enough when i left school ( years ago ) i trained at college  as a beauty therapist and hairdresser and im  a wizz with afro caribbean hair but absolulty crap with european hair  and while i can do manicures pedicure and eyebrows on other people i cant do it on myself  i find it really hard to paint my own nails

One thing i do as well  is when i  went to thailand /asia i took my favorite dresses with me and got them made up in bulk and in different colours for work
i find it so bloody hard to find a nice plain black dress  that i can wear for work that dosnt have a bloody flower /corsage on it or some way out vile pattern that ruins it

So i took out my favorite work dresses and  hit the tailors and just get them to make them up for me
I have a hideously expensive Herve Leger bandage type dress  which im to scared to wear ;D  but i took it to Bangkok with me last year and got 3 copies made up with a few alterations,  Cost me 120 us dollars for 3 dresses  ;D and they are fantastic for work
I had the zip moved to the side of the dress rather than at the back so that i could undo it myself rather than relying on the guys who have a tendancy to grab the zips and break them

Its great as i can email them with my reference number and they will make up dress for me and send them to me so providing i havnt put on or lost to much weight then the dress will fit just fine

I think there is deffo a relation to being an escort and having a bad hair experience.

My mother is Somalian and has soft silky hair but my father was caribbean so I got given a mane of curly uncontrollable hair and she never knew what to do with it lol! When I was younger I would throw all the combs out of the window so she wouldn't do it!

I hate going to the hairdressers in my opinion as someone with afro type hair the experience is always worse. No taking your coat, offering you a drink and a nice chat. Far more gossiping on the phone, pulling your hair as if it wasn't attatched and I even had a hairdresser try to eat KFC while doing my hair :o

I am a dab hand at doing others hair too- weave, cornrow etc but don't have the patience to do my own.

Clothes wise I don't spend much for work. A few years ago when I worked for agencies I would go on an outcall, leave and go directly to Selfridges to shop. I'd walk out with a stunning over priced designer bag and not a penny in my wallet lol! However now I'm much more frugal. Dresses from Primark/HnM bought in Bulk when I find the perfect thing.

Undies from Primark too as I find they do goo stuff every so often I'll go to La Senza or somewhere but my days of spending Hundreds on work attire are over. The one thing I am fussy about is shoes though. I'm a C Louboutin addict by my own addmission and like to treat myself to a pair at the end of a tour :D

Nails- has anyone tried shellac? Any good?

Has anyone ever tried an at-home laser hair removal system? I'm fair with dark, coarse hair and I've had laser treatment in a few areas...but covering everything and as Emily Jones mentioned, the fix-ups, just seem so expensive...

They really are gimmicks, though some might see very minor results. Best is to go to a salon that has proper equipment and trained staff.

When I arrived here I discovered KGB deals (not affiliated in anyway) and have bought ?3000 worth of laser for ?220. Was two different deals from different salons, but it's ?3k's worth! They seem to have a salon every month or so offering deals like this, anything from ?99 for ?1400's worth to ?119 for ?2k. Most seem to be in London though. You do have to sift through all their other crap to find those, but it's worth it. I've also seen some pretty good deals on hotels and such, possibly for touring.

I always make sure I'm wearing sexy undies

Likewise!  My favourite part of the job is that I get to buy lots of lingerie!  ;D

Think lingerie shopping is the best kind of retail therapy ever...

 ;D ;D I quite agree!!

The things I keep in order the most are:

1) My hair (on my head)
2) My hair (on my body, shave my armpits, and make sure it's short all over and in my "lady garden" I keep it mostly trimmed or shaved.
3) Skin - I shower at least once a day although depending on how many clients I get I often shower after each one, I also make sure my skin is in good condition and soft to the touch.

I don't use fake tan or anything like that. Not just because I don't really need it, but because I just don't like that sort of thing.
My sister in law is a hairdresser so she does my hair when she can or I go up the round to a local place which is good.

I would like to go to the gym but I just don't have as much time or motivation, but I do go running, and my best mate has plenty of weights and stuff that I use.

And that just about does the trick.

Groupon Also have fantastic offers for laser removal.

Oh and the gym. There was an offer recently- 10 pounds for 10 day passes at any fitness first. My friend bought 6 and has been using them as they are non consecutive days. she only goes to the gym 2-3 days per week anyhow so it works out dirt cheap at ?10 per month!

I have hair to my waist, i'm naturally blonde, but spent many years as a brunette, i am now blonde again and the root thing is really bad, i have to redye my roots every 2 weeks (my hair grows ridiculousy fast :-X) But I use SALLYS (professional hair products which the hairdressers use) and my boyfriend has became my hairdresser, it cost about ?20, and considering it looks professional (well everyones opinion) I save alot of money on the hair front,
 ;D

nails, every 2 weeks ?32 :/  :o
Eye brows every week :FF, LEGS AND UNDERARMS EVERYDAY (:(  :-X naturally hairy girl i think, i blame the jewish genes.
I wear just enough makeup, i should hit the sunbeds to be honest,
and i have to run 5 miles everyday and not drink fizzy drinks or junk :( apart from my weekly nandos ;D just to stay in a decent shape, god help me if i wanted a supermodel body!

I'm not naturally high maintenance but I have to be  :(            :FF :FF :FF :FF

I'm rubbish.

I improved a bit after arriving in London but I'm still not great.  If I had my way I'd leave my underarms, instead I had them and my bikini lasered.  I'm quite good with makeup and eyebrows, but rubbish with my hair.  I go through stages where I'm a gym junkie and others where I struggle to get off the sofa.  Luckily I never really go above a size 10.  My boobs usually take the client's attention away from anywhere else.
