I'm having problems too.  I tried to load credits, kept saying failed, I tried 3 times, 2 lots came out of my Bank but still no credits updated.  Took a few days to get sorted.  However, now I don't show in the town I'm in.  I show in the Country but not town, which is no good to me.  The webmaster messaged me last night saying I am showing in the town but I am not.
