After a particularly strenuous domination session with a client who likes severe punishment yesterday I have woken up with the most awful pain in my back muscles and in my muscles at the top of my right arm, wielding the whip and cane bit too hard I think!!!!!
Can anyone recommend a good muscle easing remedy please.

My back is agony, my arm muscles just really ache.
