Hi, I am at the early stages of sorting a web page... well reseaching..in the meantime I have just joined aw... with the idea of sorting a proper professional site shortly.  With this in mind I have started looking at apartments.  Ideally I would like something within 20 miles of Chester but I can be a bit flex to share with the right person or for the right apartment.  I imagine the work I can mainly do with be in the day.... but of course we would need to discuss the logistics and how this type of arrangement would work.

Has anyone done this before? what are the pro's and con's... prob better I ask now than later.
