This is a pet hate of mine too, and I ask them to wipe their face before it comes anywhere near mine even though it's mostly just dribble - retching isn't a good look.
If they spit on me I stop everything, reach for a wipe to get rid of it and politely ask them not to do that again. It seems to work OK.

Well I don't have an 'issue' (presumably meaning problem) with it at all - I have explained to punters time and time again that I'm happy to offer RO to those who enjoy it even though it does little or nothing for me, but I do not offer unprotected oral of any kind and that includes the remnants of somebody performing it on me. It's no problem whatsoever.
I honestly couldn't give a fuck whether a punter enjoys it or not - I'm not prepared to participate in activities that repulse me and this is one of them. If he wants a snog he can wipe his face first.

There is no 'grossness thing' as far as I'm concerned, and I'm most certainly not 'squeamish' or ashamed of my body - I just don't like it. I am more than happy telling a client I don't like or don't offer something and it's no different to somebody not doing anal, facials or any other service because they don't enjoy them. As for it putting them off doing RO, well that's absolutely fine by me because I don't particularly like that either.
