Any technical savy ladies or gents?

I have put new movies on AW but as there's a min charge per size of file they're really quite expensive videos too watch! I need to reduce the quality/file size some how but as you can see I clearly have no idea what I'm talking about! lol  ???

Any ideas?

What format are they in at the moment? If that means nothing to you, have a look at the file name and look for the three letters after the dot.
