Hi Ladies

Well after the debacle today with AW, it really got me motivated to look at other avenues.
So today, I registered my domain names in both .co.uk and .com, also purchased a business premium web hosting package and will be working on creating my own website over the next few days.

I'll also look to expand advertising in other areas, but will concentrate on one thing at a time, website for now.

I know building a website is a continuous work in progress, but the aim is to get it kick started with a few essential pages by New Years Day.

Also, I'd like to say thanks to the moderators, admin and other contributors for inspiring me to do this, as before joining this site, I wouldn't even have given this a passing thought, just solely relying on AW.  Also reading Ian's posts and other historical posts were very helpful too.

I'm really seeing Saafe forum as a good and friendly place to be, not only for advice, but inspiration too.

Viva Street - can anyone tell me, are no website url's allowed in the body of the ad?

I think this is the case, yes. Their new motto is: "Make life really hard for those lazy sex workers who earn thousands just lying on their backs!" or whatever. No mention of rates, or website links, or possibly even services? Perhaps you can include your best Google keywords, though... for example, I'm obviously top for "emily jones escort" even though I don't bother with much SEO.

Hopefully something like, "Google me! Pop "x y z" into your nearest search bar to find out all you need to know about me!" would work? But classified ads are notorious for attracting a zillion timewasters and tedious idiots so you'll need to prepare for lots of stupid phonecalls potentially anyway!

I don't think that many of us use Vivastreet now they charge to advertise (and don't let us do it properly even though we're paying) , although I may be wrong. My ad on there lasted all of six weeks before I got sick of the timewasters and pulled it - it's a bit like advertising in the paper and probably OK if you have more patience than me (which would cover most people  ). Considering that AFAIK Punternet is the same price for a basic listing, I know where I'd be putting my money.

As far as UK Belles is concerned, from what I remember he does the whole ad - all you have to do is email with details (you might be able to write the blurb and ask for it to be included?)
