Everytime I get asked this they cum in 10 minutes then leave. Twice is the fantasy, they don't hold back because they think they want to get the 1st out the way. Yes I hate that question ... And it's because they are cheapskates who want as much bang for their buck, literally! as they think they can manage

Never allow that. If you do, most likely he won’t make his second time on time and will push as much as he can to extend and not pay for extra time as the second spunk is “just around the corner”  ::)

Yes, fine by me too - I've met some who get the first one out of the way when they've barely got their kecks off and it often means they can relax and pace the second go normally. They've paid me for thirty minutes, and what they do with it (within the services on offer, obviously) is up to them.
