Alas it was not to be! is this the norm ? i though new girls would be popular? all dressed up with nowhere to go sprang to mind! well i was out, but had to stay sober and could not quite relax. maybe today who knows. what where all your first few days like?

An agency shouldn't have trouble getting you work when you're new, but they can be a bit rubbish, or maybe it was a slow night for them. If you don't get enough work during your first few nights on call you shouldn't expect it to get better (it might if you get in the receptionists' good books, if it's that kind of place, but you don't want to count on that) and will need to move on.

If you go solo it can take some time to get going, though.

It's a holiday weekend up here in Scotland so things will be quieter more than likely till Tuesday.  Why would guys want to pay escorts when they can go out drinking with their mates and pick up a female that is willing to give it away for nowt cos she is bladdered.

When i first started i advertised on AW, put a few photos up with my phone number, i think i had 1 client on the first day, then on the 2nd day my phone was ringing like mad and had like 20 emails a day for the first week. Gained a few regulars as well as those from my stripper job, so i took my AW down as i didnt need it, tried other sites like vivastreet which are ok i still use from time to time.

i am part-time outcall only, so bound to be quite. i checked out the 3 sites they put me on and they look good so why is the phone not a ringing! it is the week before payday so maybe 250 a pop... ah hell knows!

There could be a dozen reasons why the phone is not ringing.  One being the economic climate.  Three years ago in Scotland there was only around 300 registered escorts and now three years later there is in excess of 900 (a 200% increase) and with that there is the number of guys making bookings (getting less and less all the time). 

Years ago guys used to visit one or two times a month and business was great but now these same guys can only visit once a month so it is less lucrative.  There is also the fact that guys have a bigger choice of girls too, they may fancy a change or just plain cant afford it.

Many girls come into the business thinking that it is easy money made with little or no effort, this is far from the truth.  I know of some girls (usually younger ones in their 20's and 30's) having no work at all for weeks on end. 

Unfortunately the law states that we cannot 'double up with another prostitute' and save on expenses but that is the way it is going for many girls.  They take the chance and double up ............ sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt and they get raided.  Personally I wouldnt take the chance but I can understand why some girls do. 

So really, there is no 'one answer' to your question.

Last year i was heading that way too, but... long story, i slowly realised that you cant get much better than this country. Australia, Canada are the only other better countries for a better 'normal' life style, but those countries are struggling as well especially Australia since theyve been getting bombarded with more heat waves, fires, floods.

As much as this country seems like a dump, theres not much else better if at all. You have to pretend life is great or else youll end up going all suicide or depressed at how this world is very slowly falling apart. Ignore those thoughts and dont speak of them! 

 You have to take and emphasise the good thing and not dwell on the negative stuff
   i agree while England ( Great Britain)  may not be the best country to live in it sure as hell isnt the worse  by a bloody long long way
 If your ill there is the NHS  ok it might not be the best  but we dont ask for insurance papers before treating a patient 
 free education  for kids  ( ok again - might not be the best but its there to be taken advantage off  )
 social housing  and housing benefit for low earners 
a vast and overgenerous benefit system  for everyone regardless of race religion gender 
were not persecuted by dictators  and killed because of our religion and race
we can call the goverment assholes  and we dont have to worry about being taken away at night or shot at or persecuted for this   
and we have a hell of a lot of freedom to do what we want and how we want it most of the time

there are bad things of course  ( like all of the above ) but i dont think i would want to live anywhere else   

I agree, I wouldnt live anywhere else.  It has its ups and down but like Paris says it has so much back up for us.

To get back to prices of services, when I was in Bristol a few weeks ago, there was many females offering  ALL services for ?30 for half hour.  Students working their way through Uni but they make it harder for everyone else to make a living when they are charging these prices.
