After a day of working does anyone else get really bad trapped wind & just feel bloated & fat & horrible? any tips on what to do to stop/help this.
I feel like doing a forward roll and about 10 thousand sit ups to get the wind out after I've been working 😩

I'm not really sure why working would cause this, but some obvious suggestions would be eat a high fibre diet, and make sure you have a break for a walk, jog or swim etc. at least once per day.

I'm not sure either, but it only ever happens after I've been working x

I sometimes get this too. Probably because I suffer with IBS, and sometimes certain positions can irritate it. A friend who suffers with IBS also, suggested doing 20 star jumps, but I found it didn't work. Maybe it works for some but not for others. I found camamile or peppermint tea, and a hot water bottle helps.

I actually get this a lot when I've had two or three really busy daysin a row. Is actually due to air getting into your system that way. ( as I asked at a clinic once about it) . Like pumping air into balloon haha I don't have a cure for it but have a hot water bottle and a cup of tea or nice long Bath xxx

Yeah it's literally just air in my experience, I get it if I do a lot of doggy or if the clients insist on pulling out all the way with each thrust (annoying as hell, btw).

Yoga. Child's pose should do some good, but if you Google 'yoga trapped wind' I'm pretty sure there are whole sequences of postures you can do that'll get it on the move, and there's lot of videos too :D.

thanks guys I'll give them poses a go. I usually just take a senakot after I'm done but lately I've just been feeling so bloated an there's nothing worse than feeling like a bloated pig when you're on a job

I've been feeling like a fat pig lately,,,, :( :( or else my clothes have all shrunk.
Over the last 3 days I've been on the 4 litres of mineral water a day regime. It's easy when I'm doing incalls; never far from a loo and so full of water that I'm not constantly raiding the fridge.
Try it for a few days and you'll be amazed at your flat stomach and weight loss too.

Anxiety can cause wind, without realising it we can be gulping in air due to not breathing properly. Maybe try some breathing exercises, which the yoga would help with. Also chewing gum will allow air into the digestion.

That is a perfect logic to start with. Then there would be personal circumstances. Tables, exercises etc should release the air.

Parsley tea can reduce bloating, as can mint tea, lemon tea and fennel tea.
Parsley is also a mild laxative and good for blood pressure, going off at a slight tangent here. It also increases libido!

I really don't see how vaginal intercourse can force air up into your gastrointestinal system. They're two separate systems, not connected. Even anal, I don't really see it. You could perhaps force a bit of air up there but, just like a queef, it should pass right back out again.
I think gas in the gut originates in the stomach or gut. It could be gulping air/fizzy drinks. It's more likely gasses formed during digestion.

For some reason anal always makes me bloated after, which is why I charge extra for it. Depends how delicate your digestive system is, because anal can work a bit like an enema on some people.
To the OP; try peppermint tea and medication called colpermin, you can buy it in boots. I bloat terribly on long flights & I don't travel without it :) Feel better!

I've had to stop doing anal (only did it with a very few regs anyway) and even anal play as over the years its given me terrible acid reflux (like constant indigestion) and some stomach problems.
The acid reflux is ongoing. The last straw was a reg who was overally enthusiastic about anal in the end I had to stop seeing him since despite my saying slow down he'd continue to get over excited >:(

Are you sure the two are linked? It's a long way from your anus to your oesophageal sphincter!

Unfortunately with me most definitely. I've had medical advice on it also.

Mint and parsley tea. Yoga. Magnesium citrate at night and l-glutamine in the morning first thing. Also, look out for dietary triggers, mine is sugar and alcohol, so I limit, or take a deflatine/rennie before i consume.
