Has anyone heard of a photographer in Chelsea Harbour, Imperial Wharf possibly called Joe?

My friend is trying to find a guy who took her photos so he can sign a copyright infringement notice against someone who stole her photos.

Tried google but nothing coming up. She thinks he just operates out of a flat there and wouldn't have the address on a website.

Thanks Amy  I used the search field on here for "photographer chelsea" and the 2nd result was something about www. joesglamourstudio.com the site is dead but I googled joesglamourstudio and I think I found him. Just emailed my friend to ask her if it's him.
