Can we keep discussion of individuals who are not here to participate anonymous and general, please?

If anybody wants to argue with particular people who irritate them, just go and do so rather than sniping about them here where they can't answer back. Once again, there will be no board wars on SAAFE.

Yes. Guys, please remember that bringing SAAFE into the various silly squabbles that go on in the world of punter/prossie forums could potentially be really damaging to this forum's sole purpose which is to help newbies.

If you're not sure whether a link is appropriate for this forum, please assume it's not and refrain from posting it in any public areas. You are, of course, absolutely free to send PMs and emails to any and all.

There are many punter/prossie forums which exist just for chatting and having a laugh. And if you want something to be shared with only other escorts, please contact each other privately and directly because this forum can be read by all so it's not escorts-only (reading) here anyway.

Does it really need two of you shouting at us?

The link is to a fairly amusing site which is having a general pop at some of the more misogynistic ideas that appear on various punting fora.
That's how I interpreted it at least. Apologies if that isn't the case.

Assuming that's aimed at me and Emily, nobody was shouting. We've asked before that people don't drag the stuff from punting forums on here, and for as long as this request continues to be ignored we'll continue to make it until it becomes easier to just remove threads altogether. We'd prefer not to do this if at all possible, but the ridiculous feuds between other boards are not something this site will ever be associated with, and directing newbies to them is neither helpful nor constructive - quite the opposite, if anything.

My post was nothing to do with the thread starter anyway and I think it's more than clear why I asked members to refrain from discussing individuals who have nothing whatsoever to do with this board (apart from the vast amount of time they spend lurking on it to copy thread ideas, in one of the aforementioned cases at least). All of the individual message boards are technically harmless enough places - it's the internet, not a pub car park. But getting involved in they-said-this they-said-that scraps which are nothing to do with us uses up time and energy which would be far better spent on doing what we're here for - I don't want to spend hours each day wading through posts from trolls who've signed up just to start arguments and cause trouble (for example), and I think the others have better things to do too.

This Off Topic section, for those who don't remember, was added to the forum back in the day because people kept posting lighter threads in the main section and as a result, those who genuinely needed help (and sometimes quickly) were finding their posts getting buried and their questions not getting answered straight away. It was not intended as a free for all, and it is not going to become one - it's tedious, frustrating and boring to moderate and there are plenty of other places on the internet to pick fights.
