Arrived in a new tour location today. Accepted a booking from a new client for tomorrow. 45mins later get a long and in depth text message explaining that since booking (30mins ago) his wife had been taken ill. Gone in to a coma and been given 24hour to live but he was really sorry he couldn't make it, was thinking about me and really wanted to see me another time..
My question.. Why on earth do so many men who cancel (the ones who bother to cancel of course) feel the need to lie so obviously and elaborately about it?
This was such an obvious and extreme lie I have to wonder what he got out of sending it? He was a day before so cancelling wouldn't have been a problem regardless of the reason.
Does anyone want to share their best (worst) elaborate cancellation/no show excuses?
This is slightly different but I once had an enquiry from a guy who said he was just waiting on his wife dying of cancer then he will be over to see me, he said it just like that......I was so shocked at how he put it then I declined his booking.
Why did he have to tell me that at all?
Back to your question though, I guess we will never know if he is lying or not which is why I always give the benefit of the doubt.
People I've never met before get one more chance if they let me down the first time.
People I have met before gets 2 more chances before I deem them as unreliable and will be unlikely to take another booking from them.
Thing is though, escorts can be really unreliable too and come out with all sorts of excuses which means that if any of us non time wasting escorts have to cancel for a genuine reason (like time of the month) then it makes us look bad.
