Title: "Been busy?"
Post by: NEBellex on 23 March 2015, 05:04:53 pm
Every time I get in a taxi I ask the above question. Peter Kay backed me up on this, you do it to avoid an awkward silence but......

I get asked this 9 times out of 10 when at work, now I don't particularly mind if my taxi driver has already dropped 6 or 7 girls off at home but surely clients don't want to know how many clients I've had before them?
Does anyone else get this question?
I tend to just say no but am sometimes tempted to say 6 or 7 just to see faces!!!

Hee yes I always feeling like saying 'errr 10 I think or has it been 12, sorry lost count there's been so many today'  ;D

Obviously some guys like it when their your first client and others like it when you have seen others, but its hard to know which so I usually say 'so-so', which is not really giving an answer :P

If they've booked early-ish I say they are the first, or second. If it's later I say they are the fifth or sixth or whatever even if they are only the second. I don't lie if they are first because I think a lot of the regulars can tell, and I don't worry about them asking any more because so many of them do it, and some are turned on by the thought of you having been at it all day. The alarm bells ring though, if it's later in the day and they ask precisely how many. One of the reasons I rarely see a new one after about 5. Most guys who like to hear you've been busy aren't so interested in the exact number, but if they are wondering how much cash there is around they are. That's how I see it.

I hate this, there is no right answer.  If you say no or "I've only had one client" it's a guy who wants to see you as the naughty, sex-crazed girl and gets off on thinking of you doing a bunch of different men one after the other all day.  If you say "yes, very busy" it's a guy who wants an image of you as a good girl who only wants to sleep with him.  I've stopped caring and will answer honestly with a yes or no but not go into specifics.  They know what I do, and if they can't face the fact that they're paying a woman who has had sex with multiple other men that week or even day then they should probably find another hobby...

I always tell them nicely I wont say, its a private matter :)
And change the subject, all of them got the hint.

I ask them what they think, If I'm likely to have been busy or not? You can usually gauge from their reply whether they're kinky and like the thought of being number 10 or not. If this doesn't work I laught and tell them it's none of their business but keep it light hearted. You don't know if they're asking as potential robbers so do be careful x

In my case no one will ever try to rob me, trust me :)

LMAOL to this one but honestly WGs who see each client as potential robber should consider a different line of work. Or work on their screening procedure.

NEJessx: I just say, 'Oh I don't like to see too many clients.'
I think they are just doing the
taxi-talk thing as you mention.

But occassionally one or two get the
biggest pervo-horn knowing they
are one of your male harem!

Who said anything about seeing each client as a potential robber ??? It's common sense to consider why someone might be asking you personal questions like if you've been busy. In my humble opinion.

WG's who think they're invincible should read ugly mugs and rethink their throw away comments. Telling someone to reconsider their job is kind of rude. There's nothing wrong with my screening procedure or my choice to be an escort but the fact is bad things can an do happen sometimes to some people.

Stay Safe xx

OK. But there are some escorts who are 5ft tall and don't have a black belt, security or a big scary tiger in the next room to protect them so do have to think about the possibility of being targeted for robbery etc. Condescending replies telling others to reconsider their job or screening process because they take into account the reasons some guy might be asking if you been busy don't add much to the discussion and if that's all you had to add I really wonder why you bothered.

I wasn't replying to you in particular which is why i didn't quote you. My answer was general, I was thinking about previous threads here on saafe.

It's got absolutely nothing to do with being invincible. It's about being reasonable and careful.

What I meant is that we need to provide ourself with a certain level of security so that we approach our bookings with the right spirit. If every time you open the door you think "he's going to rob me" then how on earth can you breathe and do your work? Let alone enjoy it?

Once again I wasn't talking about YOU in particular.

If you read my post again you will see I never said anything related to your reply to me. If your reply was addressed to someone else, I understand.

As Charlotte says, we have to be carefull when we take a booking and screen the client proper before giving him the address and accept an in call.
Receiving anyone who brings money also has risks, plus there are guys out there who pass any screening and still can be trouble.
Thats why we dont charge 6.50/hour but 100+

Back to the OP: the answer I will give is, "Oh, it's been a very hectic day! I've had to run a bunch of errands and have been all over town this morning. It's nice to come back and relax with you." :)

That way, they think that they're The One And Only but not because you've been sitting on the shelf. You're just a very busy person.

"What is the nature of your enquiry?!"

I only entertain one client a day and this is plastered on the front page of my profile, but of course, the lazy numpties would have to read the darn thing  :FF

I always say something vague, like " yeah, not bad for a X-day..", or "pretty steady, not too hectic but steady.."
That usually sops them from asking any further.
I get the odd one that asks how many clients I get in a week, or a day, but there is no answer to that, so I'm just
honest with them and tell them it totally varies from day-to-day, week-to-week, depending on time of the year/month etc..

I wonder why they ask, if it is just a conversation thing, or if it turns them on, or if they want to know how much money you could
have in the house.. ?!
It's not one of my favourite questions anyway lol  ;)
