I rarely encounter poor hygiene I do encounter bodyspray very close to genitals, I also encounter lack of knowledge about jock itch. Whenever I see this I usually educate and advise. One punter scrupulously clean had been frantically scrubbing it and using Sudacreme without success. Another a long term regular who suddenly developed it, was incredibly embarrassed, took action immediately next time absolutely fine.
Whilst on tour a tour regular left a towel and bathmat stinking to high heaven, I missed housekeeping that day and the towel was so bad I couldn't bring myself to take it to reception. I double bagged it, and hid it. Getting it out to leave for room service was awful, I was really embarrassed. When he enquired about my next tour I explained I had to tell him because I couldn't risk this happening again. I also mentioned another minor niggle that I wouldn't have done normally, but when in combination with a few other things (I've been very patient and understanding, accommodating with him) it had to be mentioned. Although I did this gentley, he is too embarrassed to book again.
At least these acknowledge, the situation I describe 're the towel did make me hesitate before raising subsequent other client issues, but they were absolutely fine, they just want to make everything right and continue booking.
Probably another topic but does anyone else see jock itch on clients, before I knew what it was I had a repeat client for perhaps 2 years who definitely had this. If I knew then what I know now I would have give him the antifungal treatment advice. I do always stipulate I'm not medically qualified, and ask a few questions about it advice consulting a pharmacist or other medical professional if possible.
What does annoy are the few who deny or don't believe me when I mention hygiene problems, I had to photograph one man's cock because he couldn't see it and was telling me had showered. I believe he had showered but he hasn't cleaned under his foreskin, and couldn't see because of his body size. The first time I encountered this underforeskin issue was however with a slim man, a long time ago I used wipes but it wasn't enough and I had to stop. Around this time I also had a repeat booked who obviously didn't shower or launder his clothes regularly, one good shower wasn't enough to get a week or more off him and his clothes hummed. Combined with being difficult to make arrangements with, I told him I couldn't accept any more bookings from him.
BUT
On the whole majority do not have any hygiene issues, the examples above are across 16 years in the biz. One of the regulars I mentioned who developed JI, has probably had 100 bookings, once had a bit of bum smell which I was able to mention and rectified immediately then the JI. He is a human being, reliable, never overstays, books , enjoys his time, goes. No hassle.
