Hello lovelies, I have paid for a LG flat in Kensington which I now have no need for. It is only until 3 or 4/3 (need to double check), as then there's a new tenant moving in, so this would be a de facto sublet until then. Would prefer someone with not too much night time traffic, as there's another flat right next door, but so long as you're nice and discreet, then I would be grateful for not having to pay rent for nothing tbh:) It is a basic flat , has a bed, basic furniture, small living room, bedroom, basic kitchen and bathroom. Nothing fancy, even tho the house itself is pretty and so is the location (obviously:). Approx £66.6 per day, which is an excellent rate given the location.
